For this case, WDM Belgium data intelligence analysts merged multichannel communication (towards prospects) and order information regarding a durable product over a period of 3 years.

 

The graph clearly shows the positive impact of multichannel communication (off-line mailings, combined with supporting e-mails): If we look at persons having been contacted 5 times over the last 3  years by the brand, we note an index of nearly 130 for multichannel approach versus a classic off-line mailing approach.
